Day 1 - Everyone can learn: the Secret of personal Learning Style (LS) Differences

- Learning Style Analysis (LSA-Adult) Profile Interpretations
- Information intake: internal & external Sensory Modalities (V-A-T-K)
Afternoon: (1.15 – 4.00 pm)
- Left/Right Brain Dominance and its importance for school success
- Style differences of analytic/holistic learners, male/female students
- Natural Learning Style needs of underachieving students
- On-line software for generating LSA profiles for different age groups

Day 2 - “Help for Problem Students - New Classroom Management - Group Profiles”
Morning: (9.00 am – 12.30 pm)
- Interpretations of LSA student profiles with LS Interpretation Manual
- Style features of ‘Gifted Learners’ vs. Underachievers
- LSA Group Profiles – teacher self-help for large student groups
- Interpretation of group profiles and application in large classes
Afternoon: (1.15 – 4.00 pm)
- Analytic/Holistic teaching methods – ‘Double-Tracking’
- Style Features of slow/poor learners (‘Special Needs’ students) - optional
- Learning Style Classrooms for primary & secondary schools; learning at home
- Re-designing classrooms based on students’ true learning needs

Day 3 - “Teaching Styles – Learning Tools – Application of LS Programs in Schools”

- Reflecting on past experiences with style diversity
- Teaching Style Analysis for educators (TSA-Ed) model & instrument
- Matches & mismatches between TSA and LSA
- Comparison of student group profiles with TSA profile results of their teachers
- TSA Interpretations & Action Plan for improving micro teaching methods
Afternoon: (1.15 – 4.00 pm)
- Creation of Tactile/Kinesthetic (T/K) learning tools - optional
- Use of T/K learning tools in class and at home
- 10 Steps for Implementing LS in single classes or on a school-wide basis
